Christmas is the best time of the year but… easily one of the busiest! Which is exactly why I put together this list of our all-time favorite Christmas treats you can make in under 30 minutes.
They’re quick, festive, and absolutely delicious. And the best part? Some are even no-bake and make-ahead friendly, which makes this list a total win-win during the holiday rush. These recipes are always the first to disappear at gatherings, and they also make amazing edible gifts too!
1) Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

These Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies are one of my favorite Christmas bakes. They’re soft, fudgy, and with that classic powdered-sugar crackle on top. They bake in about 12 minutes, which makes them perfect for those last-minute “I need something festive fast” moments. I love making these because they look gorgeous on any holiday tray and taste even better than they look.
2) Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

These thumbprint cookies are chocolatey, rich, and always a hit at holiday gatherings. They bake in about 10 minutes(plus a bit of prep) and use just three main ingredients, making them as simple as they are decadent.
I love making these because they look like a bakery treat but don’t require hours of work, and they freeze beautifully so you can make them ahead.
3) 3-Ingredient Christmas Cookies

These cookies are buttery, melt-in-your-mouth, and shockingly simple. The dough comes together in minutes and they bake up in around, so you’ll have fresh cookies fast. They’re festive enough for holiday trays but easy enough to make on a weekday and they always vanish the moment they come out of the oven.
4) 3-Ingredient Gingerbread Truffles

These are no-bake (win!) and come together in about 15 minutes. Just crush gingerbread cookies, mix with cream cheese, and dip in melted white chocolate. Rita whips these up whenever we need a quick holiday treat but don’t want the oven on. Easy for gifting or serving, and they always get eaten breeeeefly!
5) 3-Ingredient Peppermint Bark Clusters

Totally no-bake and made in no time at all, these peppermint bark clusters are crisp, chocolate-y, and minty in the best way. These are my go-to when I need a fast treat that still feels festive. Just melt, swirl, chill, and you’re done! Perfect for sharing, gifting, or sneaking a few when no one’s looking.
6) Addictive Christmas Crack

We’ve been making this for years! It’s sweet, salty, buttery, and totally addictive! This is one of the first things to disappear from any holiday tray. It bakes for just a few minutes to get that perfect caramel-toffee layer, then chills until it hardens and you can crack it into pieces. It looks and tastes like a fancy candy, but it comes together fast and never fails to impress.
7) The Best Snowball Cookies

These beautifully melt-in-your-mouth cookies are a holiday staple. These are one of Rita’s holiday must-makes because they’re buttery, crumbly, and lightly coated in powdered sugar for that “fresh snow” look.
They’re perfect for freezing ahead or baking in bulk. I love making these because they fill the house with warm cookie scent, they look gorgeous on any tray, and everyone thinks you spent way longer on them than you actually did.
8) 4-Ingredient White Chocolate Pretzel Bark

Crunchy salty pretzels meet sweet white chocolate in this treat that’s as easy to make as it is delicious. No baking required, yay! Just melt, mix, spread, chill, and break into pieces. I love this one because it’s one of the fastest ways to create something impressive for guests or gifting, and the salty/sweet combo always wins.
9) Chocolate Bonbon Cookies

These cookies are special-occasion worthy yet totally doable for everyday treat time. Rich chocolate dough wrapped around a surprise bonbon in the center, then decorated with a drizzle of white chocolate. These always get big reactions at cookie swaps because it looks fancy, feels festive, and gets everyone smiling when they bite into the hidden chocolate surprise.
10) 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls

These peanut butter balls are rich, chocolatey, and unbelievably easy. Just mix, roll, dip, and chill. They’re no-bake and naturally gluten-free thanks to the almond flour. We keep a batch in the fridge all December because everyone in the house sneaks one every time they walk past.
I love making them for the holidays, but when it’s not Christmas, we just skip the sprinkles and add a pinch of flaky sea salt on top… sooo good!
11) Nut Goodie Bars

These Nut Goodie Bars are rich, chocolatey, and packed with crunchy peanuts, truly a nostalgic treat. They’re completely no-bake, which makes them perfect for busy holiday days when the oven is already full. These are my “last-minute dessert emergency” bars because the layers come together in minutes, set beautifully in the fridge, and slice into the easiest crowd-pleasing bars ever.
These are the kind of holiday treats you whip up in just a few minutes, but no one would ever guess they’re that quick or this easy to make. Most of these have shown up on our holiday table for years. They’re traditions at this point, and I hope they find a place on yours too.
And if you’re always looking for more easy ideas, you might also love our collections of no-bake treats for oven-free days and super simple 3-ingredient desserts. Both are packed with quick wins you can make any time of year.
